A typical day in GT Sales is filled with activity. Due to the unprecedented market growth in the energy sector, our sales team is busier than ever. This role offers an opportunity to assist them. By collaborating with the team for Sales Strategy & Customer Success as well as the team lead, you will help optimize processes and workflows, improve communication, and streamline strategic priorities, so GT Sales can operate smoothly and efficiently. As a working student in our team, you will gain a detailed insight into the internal processes and acquire a deeper knowledge about Sales in Grid Technologies.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Work collaboratively with diverse teams to solve daily business challenges
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other material for senior managers and other stakeholders
- Assist with various business-related tasks as required
- Collaborate with others to coordinate and implement multiple strategic and operational projects
- Support the organization in specific cases
What You Bring
- Current studies in any field of study
- A genuine interest in the sales and strategy development
- Fluent in English with an ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail, project management skills, and a proactive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel incl. Macro and Pivot tables, PowerPoint)
- Creative attitude with the ability to generate innovative ideas and problem-solving skills
