A Snapshot of Your Day: You will be involved in bids/project management, being in close collaboration with service bid management/sales/project management teams.

What You Bring:
  • Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or similar
  • Long-term commercial experience in both bid and project management, preferably in a service business environment
  • Profound knowledge in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
  • You will work in a dynamic business environment and therefore bring a high degree of curiosity, resilience and motivation to work in such context
  • You are a team player and experienced to integrate different perspectives with a clear results-orientation
  • As you act in an international environment, you bring excellent communication skills
  • Business-fluent English and German
  • You are accustomed with presenting your results crisp and sharp to management.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
  • Responsibility for creating budgetary and firm bids in close collaboration with service bid management and sales colleagues
  • Your hands-on attitude is required to successfully execute the full scope of financial and commercial activities during the sales phase in accordance with SE’s Project Excellence Guidemand all further applicable guidelines.
  • You analyze tender requirements, identify & manage R&O in the commercial area (such as currency risks, financial security instruments, payment plans, insurances, tax, ECC and compliance) and negotiate T&C
  • Considering the contractual set-up of projects, you will collaborate closely with regional colleagues in working out business models, scope split and value flows to successfully implement onshore and offshore parts of our service business.
  • Additionally, you are a key stakeholder in driving SES’s service business development based on key levers like recycling & refurbishment and digitalization
  • You prepare financial concepts and conduct business modelling for advanced service products and solutions in close cooperation and alignment with your colleagues from the advanced services team & product management as well as accounting, financing and legal experts.
  • Furthermore, you monitor service productivity & success and work with the commercial project management team to ensure feedback loops from execution.
