What part will you play?
Within the Global IT HUB Organization, you will be working in a newly created Global IT Service - IT Hardware and Mobile Communications team.

As the IT Service Manager you will report to and work closely with the IT Service Owner to define overall strategy for the IT service. You will ensure implementation of IT Service and Solution policies and guidelines by defining milestones and resource allocation for planning, development, implementation and maintenance for IT services and solution under the responsibility of all assigned organizations of the assigned area of responsibility. This role also involves managing a team of IT professionals, collaborating with various departments, and implementing best practices to enhance the overall IT service delivery experience.


Key Responsibilities.

  • Implement IT Service & Solution Management policies, guidelines, programs and standards.
  • Manage completion of function related budget plannings and corresponding reporting.
  • Support IT projects, from Service or Solution Management perspective, and ensure that quality standards and processes are met.
  • Manage the change request process for service or solution enhancements (CRs) and their implementation.
  • Act as escalation point in case of Incidents and perform internal SLA Monitoring & Service Controlling and external Provider & KPI Monitoring.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure the delivery of quality services and products.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and recommend improvements or changes to vendors as needed.


What you need to make real what matters.

  • We look forward to meeting you if you hold a degree in (business) computer science or business administration.
  • You bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the context of IT hardware strategy and/or mobile communications.
  • Proven experience in IT service management, including team leadership and project management.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
  • To find your way in your new international environment you bring fluent in English skills spoken and written.
  • Personally, you convince with a structured way of working, show a high degree of independence, organizational talent, teamwork and a clear communication style.
