A Snapshot of Your Day

You start the working day with a short daily SCRUM meeting in which the development team discusses the next development topics in the project, clarifies questions directly and, if necessary, evaluates new requirements from our internal customers. Following this, you will take part in an internal team meeting to get actual information from the management level and insights into the activities of your team members. Afterwards, you review and update the project plan, work on the tasks addressed to you and document them in the tracking system. After lunch together in the canteen, you will take part in a meeting with the internal engineering process owner to clarify some questions based on the daily SCRUM meeting in the morning. After documenting the meeting and the next steps, you prepare the daily for the next day and the reporting of an upcoming project steering committee meeting. When this is done your working day is already over.
