A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Digital Academy Professional/Digital Learning and Development Expert, your day is dynamic and impactful. You will champion the professional growth of the workforce through targeted upskilling and fostering a culture of continuous learning. You will design and execute tailored training programs and learning paths, constantly evaluating their impact and driving continuous enhancements. You will explore an extensive learning portfolio consisting of internal and external offerings to ensure the best digital skill development in the company in constant exchange with different stakeholders.

Your Contribution

  • Identify digital training needs of employees in SE to derive digital specific development measures
  • Design, develop and implement training archetypes, trainings, learning paths and talent development measures for digital skills to reskill and upskill
  • Develop tailored learning strategies, concepts, and plans across the whole company to empower digital transformation
  • Work with intercultural, cross functional teams to derive learning needs and digital skill development by consulting and facilitating co-creation
  • Seek for new and innovative learning and development trends

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration and/or human resources and/or Digital/Computer Sciences, or related degree
  • (5+ years) in establishing and running educational programs within a global multi-matrix corporate environment
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess and address digital learning needs expertise in designing, developing, and implementing effective digital training
  • Digital expertise and high interest in technology
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor, evaluate, and enhance training efficacy and employee satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a multifaceted and international environment with many interfaces and ability to travel
  • Problem-solving skills, creativity, effectiveness in action

About Your Team

The Digital Academy Team is a diverse, intercultural and open team. The teams responsibility is to deliver to the Digital Strategy and ensure digital enablement of all employees through digital skill development and tailored learning programs/paths. It is a newly established team that is highly motivated to ensure SE-wide digital transformation. The core capabilities of the team are learning concept creation, learning path consulting/co-creation, training need identification, learning target measurement & reporting, learning management system administration and partner & portfolio management.
