A munkakörről
- You will support month end closing and forecasting activities by performing required financial tasks and report preparation (e.g. Balance sheet, Cash Flow Forecast) as well as supporting the business with Risk &Internal Controls (RIC) testing during internal audit periods.
- You will support Commercial Project Manager for Sales/Operations during bidding process by performing credit checks, new customer account creation in respective systems and manage indicative FX rate request generation.
- You will support Commercial Project Manager for Sales/Operations during project delivery which includes Sales Order creation and management in SAP system, payment application/management, invoicing and accounts receivables reporting, FX hedging deals set ups and prolongations, Guarantees management and reporting.
- You will be responsible for project review preparation and support project reporting including project closure in SAP.
- You will be interacting with other finance and commercial colleagues in UK as well as technical Project managers and overall business support functions.
- You will play a central role in our Digitalization journey, by automating financial and project reporting, setting up workflows and Dashboards, using tools such as Alteryx and Tableau.
- You demonstrate a ‘safety first’ approach and live the Zero Harm culture: thinking & working safely, in line with organisation & regulatory requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
- Speak and Write fluent English.
- Have strong knowledge in financial controlling and management accounting (IFRS).
- Ideally have proven experience in working within comparable functions, specifically Finance / Controlling, Commercial Project management.
- Capable to successfully manage multiple priorities and reporting requirements.
- You have SAP/Spiridon as well as Qlik/ Tableau, Alteryx knowledge and an affinity for digitalization.
- You are able to think outside the box, challenge the status quo and are able to drive change
- You have a hands on attitude, are proactive, dynamic and results-oriented, as well as collaborative and a team player.
