Your Profile:
•Bachelor degree and above, major degree of marketing and etc. 
•3-5 years in a corresponding function with manufacturing in an international environment.
•International project experience with collaboration within international teams is a plus. 
•Experience in international working environment is a plus.
•Good command of English speaking.
•EHS know how Quality Sense.

Your Responsibilities:
•To gather, organize and analyze market, competitive and internal information incl. cost, delivery time etc., support business management for sound decision making and to complete business planning/strategy related tasks such as Company strategy, Go to Market, BTA and Quarterly Update etc.
-Plan, schedule, and conduct market/competition analysis within given time frame, with accuracy.
-Explore new market opportunities incl. both green fields and brownfields like decarb. Hydrogen etc. 
-Organize/lead/coordinate enhancing competitiveness activities, incl. benchmarking, cost analysis, cost-out, baselining, roadmap etc.
-Organize/lead/support promotion events by leading and close collaboration w/ sales and other relevant functions or key stakeholders.
-Support/lead marketing material customization and localization.
-Analyze market requirements, prepare comment, and suggest corresponding draft product configuration, and elaborate optimized solutions in line with strategy. 
-Manage the development of report on relevant market/competitor/strategy/benchmarking, ensure that all information is aligned and provide needed insights to management on market, competition and trend.
-Develop business development strategy based on sound analysis and support / track implementation.
-Prepare required documents to support management decision, business review.
-Develop and maintain historical reports .
-Continuous development and improvement of opportunity of own area of responsibility to improve the winning chances.
-Support project independent market penetration activities and pre-acquisition.
-Other management assignment.
