How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead the Charge in Bid Management: Take the reins and manage the entire bid process from start to finish. You'll ensure that every proposal is delivered on time and meets the highest standards of quality.
  • Craft Winning Proposals: Develop and write persuasive proposals that showcase Siemens Energy’s unique value proposition. Tailor each proposal to meet the specific needs and expectations of our diverse customer base.
  • Collaborate with Experts: Work alongside a dynamic team of internal stakeholders, including sales, engineering, finance, legal, and project management. Gather essential information and ensure everyone is on the same page with the bid strategy.
  • Mitigate Risks: Identify potential risks associated with bids and develop smart strategies to address them. Your proactive approach will ensure a smooth and successful bid process.
  • Ensure Compliance: Make sure all bids align with internal policies, customer requirements, and relevant regulations. Your attention to detail will maintain the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
  • Develop Competitive Pricing: Partner with the finance team to create accurate cost estimates and competitive pricing strategies. Your work will help us win bids while ensuring profitability.
  • Engage with Customers: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the bid process. Address their questions and concerns promptly, and keep them informed with regular updates.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our bid processes and tools. Incorporate lessons learned and best practices to boost efficiency and effectiveness in future bids.

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s or certification is a plus.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Ability to handle multiple bids and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills for clear, persuasive presentations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management software.
  • Ability to work well in a team and build positive relationships.
