- Standardization and Support: Develop and implement standardized project management practices across the SAP project, providing support and oversight to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, collaborators, and other business units to align project activities with organizational objectives.
- Resource Management: Lead project resources, including staffing the project with the right people and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Risk Management: Identify and handle risks associated with the SAP project, communicate risks to stakeholders, and take vital actions to mitigate them.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve project management processes by embracing Agile principles and practices, making the organization more flexible, adaptive, and open-minded.
- Budget and Schedule Management: Ensure that the SAP project stays within budget and is completed on time by supervising project timelines and progress and making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor in Business administration, Informatic or Industrial clerk.
- Confirmed experience in project management, preferably in an Agile framework like SAFe.
- Solid understanding of SAP systems and implementation processes.
- Superb communication and collaboration skills as well as presentation skills
- Ability to lead resources and risks successfully.
- High proficiency in English as a must, German is helpful but bot mandatory
