- Resolve issues relating to order errors. This includes but is not limited to incorrect parts ordered or delivered, wrong shipping information, tax issues, quality or warranty issues, and more.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Quality, Operations, Warehousing, Engineering, Sales, Tax, or Collections teams will be required in order to resolve the issues.
- Provide reports and metrics on quantity, cause, cost, and corrective actions of the issues.
- Create “Recommended Spare Parts Lists” (RSLs) for New Unit and Service inventory purposes, scheduled maintenance and major overhauls along with Vital, Ideal, and Preventative (VIP) lists.
- Drive client satisfaction through responsiveness and ease of doing business - resolve issues quickly and escalate if necessary.
- Perform other miscellaneous tasks to support the well-being of the Parts Organization.
- Bachelor's Degree or associates degree in business, business administration or related field.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in parts operations, cost accounting and/or customer service or equivalent field.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while being diligent and focused on meeting deadlines.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and bills of materials.
- Experience with Oracle and/or SAP.
- Flexibility to travel 5%.

Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
