In the Siemens Gamesa offshore business unit, we drive and manage big scale projects, often lasting 3-4 years of time from the contract signature to final takeover of the wind farm. A strong focus on time, cost and scope is there for essential already in the sales phase in order to successfully sell the projects to the clients. Time schedules are born already in the early sales phase and evolve throughout the project life cycle. The sales time schedules are developed for visualizing the design, procurement manufacturing, construction / installation, commissioning and acceptance phases on a higher level during the sales phase and are the basis later on to plan and monitor these phases on a detailed level in the execution phase. To make sure these time schedules are maintained in the sales phase as well as in the execution phase we have the Working Student | Project Planning in our team to support in project planning related topics.

A Snapshot of Your Day

The Working Student | Project Planning has an important supportive role in all areas of project planning & project controlling topics in our projects during the sales and execution phases. The Working Student | Project Planning directly supports the Project Planners (Sales) / Project Planners (Execution) with various planning, controlling and governing tasks.
