About the role:

The HR organization is evolving to the next stage with the launch of a new global transformation program. To support our ambition to provide a great employee experience and the implementation of the program, we are looking for a HR Project Support Intern  for a rotational assignment of 24 months in Europe.

  • Key responsibilities
  • Act as a comprehensive HR Project Support Intern  who will assist with the implementation of our transformation program
  • Support country HR teams across Europe to document policies & improve processes
  • Implement new technologies and tools & provide clear content to empower employees & managers to use self service technologies (Workday & Service Now)
  • Lead change management activities with the Engagement & Capabilities of global team to support adoption of our new HR operating model
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure everyone is included and kept regularly informed of the progress
  • Coordinate planning and availabilities of resources
  • Support country HR team on various tasks (HR Business Partner support)
  • Competences:
  • Fluent in English
  • Communication / project management skills
  • Master’s degree in HR
  • Digital capabilities
  • Positive & learner!
  • Previous experience in HR is a nice to have – especially connected with talent acquisition, learning & development, regulations, operational HR processes and tools etc.
