Your profile

  • You have a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or similar
  • You have professional experience as a Sales BA (m/f/d) and/or commercial project manager (m/f/d)
  • You have several years of project experience in sales/commercial project management (CPM)
  • Very good knowledge of commercial conditions in the project business is a matter of course for you
  • You have a basic knowledge of power transformers in general
  • You are business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • You have gained intercultural experience during your previous activities
  • You show initiative, analytical, assertive and communication skills, you are result- and customer-oriented
Your responsibilities
  • As the responsible "CPM/Sales Representative" (m/f/d) for the Dresden plant, you will be responsible for all commercial tasks of the CPM & quotation process for Medium Power Transformers and will work for our customers in Germany and abroad
  • You will be responsible for defining the business model in the bidding process for our internal and external contractors (e.g. direct business, NCM BoA-6) and, if required, you will carry out the bid release or LoA approval process (Limits of Authority) for relevant projects
  • You will draft and comment on contracts together with our sales colleagues and technical project managers regarding commercial issues (including risk & opportunity assessment, guarantees, bonds, letter of credit and commissions), coordinating with Legal if required
  • You will assist with product recalculations and reviews for individual projects
  • The discussion and handover of orders to the project management in the context of "PM 80" is part of your tasks
  • The support and implementation of an active claim and receivables management as well as the support of close-out topics are part of your daily business
  • You handle tax and insurance issues in coordination with the specialist departments
  • You identify and evaluate optimization possibilities of offer/order-specific topics in cooperation with various interface partners (e.g. sales regions/head office sales/PM/legal)
