Your Profile:
•Bachelor degree and above. Major in Engineering, Automation, Mechanical etc
•More than 5 years experience in Supplier quality management and IQC management or Work in quality department. 
•Good command of English speaking , writing and reading
•German is a plus

Your Responsibilities: 
As a Supplier Quality Engineer  at Siemens Energy, you will be an integral part of our decarbonization mission by ensuring requirements are fulfilled and targets are met. Supporting our cross-functional teams by conducting qualifications, audits and inspections and visiting our suppliers is part of your day-to-day. By closely monitoring the quality of deliverables, you are ensuring they are in line with our quality program and will improve the efficiency of our company on our path to building a more sustainable tomorrow.
•You are responsible for all relevant SQM Elements for the Commodity Coolings/Tanks/Bushings/Insulation material/silicon steel etc. as part of a cross functional team beside procurement and technology
•Coordinate and lead Supplier Quality topics through collaborative activities to support the Commodity and our factory strategies. Implement and lead SPPQ (Supplier | Process and Product | Qualification) Process
•Perform supplier audits in acc. to IMS standards and / or VDA6.3.
•Drive Non-Conformance Management in close collaboration with Cross functional team and support root cause analysis, corrective and preventive measures. Support risk analysis acc. to Product Safety regulations and supplier chain safety. 
•Plan & Implement Supplier Quality Assurance measures with suppliers
•Play a key role related to supplier claim activities and  Summarize ScNCC´s (Supplier caused Non-Conformance Costs).
•Regular dotted reports to Global SQM manager about the NCRs related to Supplier and ScNCCs.
