A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a 2nd Level Support Oracle Agile PLM you will work in a service team that provides operational support for CAD/ PLM applications and develops them further in terms of technology and processes.


How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • The focus of your new role is to ensure smooth operations for our internal customers;
  • You will work on technical requests from our customers that the first level support was not able to solve;
  • Requests forwarded by First Level Support will be classified and systematically processed by you;
  • Clarify operating topics;
  • Solve Tickets forwarded from 1st Level Support;
  • Prepare tickets understandable for our solutions architects;
  • Interact with internal & external solution architects;
  • Processing of Service Requests;
  • Identify new system requirements.


What You Bring

  • Senior experience in 2nd Level support of Oracle Agile PLM 6.1.2 System;
  • The ability to familiarize oneself with complex topics;
  • Knowledge of descripted PLM System & Support activities;
  • Work structural and target orientated;
  • Team player with strong motivation;
  • German & English (mandatory, business fluent).
