- Collaborate with various Execution Units (EUs) and Functions to identify and implement Risk Management strategies, ensuring the highest quality standards across all projects.
- Actively promote the Risk Management within the GT Organization, fostering of its value and importance and set directions.
- Set a clear framework for Risk Management involvement across all stages of company growth
- Develop and implement quality policies and procedures, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Identify areas for quality standardization and continuous improvement activities across the GT business.
- Roll out specific and customized training to improve overall Quality Mindset within GT
- Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or in a related field along with several years of professional experience and in-depth knowledge of quality methodologies and tools.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks as well as the ability to develop long-term strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
- Quick learner and interested in learning/developing new skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Outstanding communication skills to optimally present strategies and progress to senior leadership.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and execution units as well as strong problem-solving skills to address challenges.
- Stakeholder management and communication skills, with proficient communication in German and English.
