A Snapshot of Your Day 

As part of the Network Management team in GT Products you will work together with many of our 40+ factory locations. You will host a process to balance the order-flow between comparable factories all around the world – preparing and taking decisions where to produce and what is necessary to even further increase our production flexibility.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Analyze the global engineering demands of our GT PR factories
  • Derive a future engineering setup following the idea of “run engineering like a business (entrepreneurial, productivity, cost out, external benchmark)
  • Propose adequate organizational setup (factory based vs. site-agnostic; own resources vs. partner-based resources; regional setup)
  • Establish a hiring and training concept to achieve the target state
  • Provide a roadmap of knowledge transfer (starting with transformer related functionality) for all new resources/teams
What You Bring
  • Technical or commercial university degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in our Products businesses, preferably power transformers
  • Skilled in moderating diverse international, cross-functional, cross-organizational teams
  • 2-3 years of experience in analyzing, structuring, and improving complex production situations
  • General-management-approach, combining technical, strategic, and financial perspectives
  • Proven track record in project management
  • Europe-based (timezone MEZ +/-2 hours) with global travel readiness and proficiency in English; other languages appreciated
