Project Control Analyst 

Location: Manchester/UK Wide


A Snapshot of Your Day

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Control Analyst. Your role will be to provide critical feedback of site progress through analysis of site progress tools and Primavera P6 programmes. You will also be required to support site management with resource planning and assist with the centralisation of Earned Value data.


How You’ll Make an Impact

Analyse task-level data and ensure Construction Performance Index (CPI) actuals are fed back to tendering for re-evaluation of norms.
Work closely with the Erection & Commissioning (E&C) Commercial PMs to ensure the cost baseline and forecast cost to complete are accurate.
Produce analytical visuals of progress on site to highlight risk and opportunity to E&C Management.
Create progress tools for on-site commercial admins and act as quality check for maintenance of task cards.
work with and interface with the overall Project Planner for the wider project scope
Use live CPI data to create EAC forecasts and highlight risk to E&C Management.


What you Bring


Proficient in Microsoft Office tools with a strong focus on Excel.
Understanding of resource loading and cost control.
Knowledge of transmission site-based task activities.
Knowledge of Earned Value Management.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proven ability to coordinate tasks to meet deadlines.
Excellent critical analysis skills.
Strong planning and organising capability.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel (40%) to other Siemens Energy UK locations and construction sites.
Experience in Tableau dashboard formatting would be advantageous.
