A Snapshot of your Day:

As the Organizational Change Management (OCM)Lead for Gas Services Central at Siemens Energy, your day will be dynamic and impactful. You will start by developing and aligning the OCM strategy with business goals, ensuring that organizational change efforts are in sync with the overall transformation objectives. Communication will be key as you facilitate coordination between different OCM teams across GS-C, ensuring consistency and alignment.

Throughout the day, you will oversee the development and delivery of training programs, making sure that materials are consistent and effective across multiple organizations and locations. You will supervise OCM activities, monitor change adoption critical metrics, and raise issues to leadership when necessary.

Your role will also involve defining and performing change impact assessments, developing risk mitigation strategies for high-impact changes, and coordinating feedback loops to continuously improve change adoption. Effective communication will be a cornerstone of your day, as you ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across the organization and provide updates to leadership and customers on change progress.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and coordinate the overall OCM strategy for GS-C business transformation.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and change management efforts.
  • Coordinate multi-channel communication and champion engagement between OCM teams in the business as well as the program’s OCM teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
  • Define and implement change impact assessments, including risk mitigation strategies for high-impact changes
  • Monitor and report on the execution of OCM activities, ensuring alignment with regional and global OCM initiatives
  • Oversee the development, delivery, and consistency of training programs across regions.

What You Bring

  • University degree or equivalent experience in Management or Organizational Development.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related fields in the power industry.
  • Proficiency in business process transformation management and optimization, with knowledge of large industry company processes, structures, and systems (Siemens Energy or Siemens experience is an advantage).
  • Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to articulate messages to diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience with large-scale organizational change efforts, and a dedicated personality with a strong motivation to inspire change and enhance business processes.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
