How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead key innovation projects, looking for new features and capabilities to improve the competitive position for the Mature fleet portfolio. Evaluate regulatory and energy transition trends to assess product needs from concept through commercialization.
• Collaborate with multiple organizations to understand market requirements, communicate R&D project pipeline, business impacts, and customer benefit appraisals.
• Develop and implement strategic product roadmaps to assure life cycle success of the portfolio.
• Collaborate with various teams to analyze issues, find root causes, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Clarify business impact through consistent cost reduction, parts consolidation, and powerful repair technologies to achieve the highest return on investment.

What You Bring

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering is required; an advanced degree or equivalent experience in Business or Engineering is preferred.
• 8+ years of professional experience in gas turbine design, power plant engineering, or project management.
• Leadership skills with a proactive approach.
• A sense of personal accountability when it comes to decision-making and leading global development teams.
• A clear understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods with experience managing complex projects.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Our Gas Services Business Area offers low emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines are under one umbrella, along with steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities are made real through service offerings, modernizations, and digitalization of the operating fleet.
