Each day brings new surprises and challenges. While we often engage directly with project managers, our focus is on delivering technical expertise rather than acting as company representatives.

Daily agenda may involve collaborative qualification work with engineering and other departments, followed by meetings with end customers to discuss project specifics. Occasionally, we venture out to the site, but this is not a daily occurrence. Flexibility and adaptability are key as we navigate our dynamic projects!

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Document your work completely and comprehensively
• Analyze operational disruptions and damages on industrial steam turbine trains
• Perform factfinding on industrial steam turbine trains and on sites
• Perform root cause analyses with support from other departments
• Develop strategies and respective measures to resolve operational issues on industrial steam turbine trains
• Provide technical support for project management
• Provide technical support during installation and commissioning phase

What You Bring

• University Degree in relevant engineering fields (preferably mechanical or energy)
• Experience working in teams with different cultural backgrounds
• Willingness to travel internationally worldwide occasionally (15 % approximately)
• You have broad and detailed knowledge of our industrial steam turbine portfolio including power plant technology
• Ideally you have already installed/commissioned industrial steam turbine trains
• Basic knowledge about vibration measurement and analysis with you
• Basic knowledge and experience in conducting FMEA /RCA with you
• You are an experienced user of SAP, Teamcenter and PCM
• Full professional proficiency of English and Czech

About the Team

You will be part of global team consists of 2 colleagues in Czechia, 4 in Germany, 1 in Canady and 1 Brasil. You will be also in daily contact with colleagues from other departments in our steam trubine factory in Brno.
