A Snapshot of Your Day 

As an experienced EHS Expert with focus on Environmental Regulation Compliance topics, you will be part of the Corporate EHS team and support the implementation of regulatory compliance and reporting across our global organization.
You will foster a culture that prioritizes organizational resilience to minimize risks and enhance environmental compliance.
 

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Support the implementation of our global environmental compliance strategy within the Corporate EHS framework.
  • Advise leadership and EHS teams on continuously ensuring compliance in projects and processes.
  • Analyze environmental regulations with a focus on enhancing sustainability.
  • Design and deliver training programs and awareness campaigns on environmental compliance topics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external experts to identify and apply best practices.
  • Develop, Monitor and report KPIs to measure the effectiveness of environmental compliance.
What You Bring
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in environmental engineering or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in EHS, focus on environmental regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental topics and track record of practical implementation.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills in multicultural environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Excellent communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills in English - German is a plus

Als erfahrener EHS-Experte mit Schwerpunkt auf Themen der Einhaltung von Umweltvorschriften sind Sie Teil des Corporate EHS-Teams und unterstützen die Umsetzung der regulatorischen Compliance und Berichterstattung in unserer globalen Organisation. Sie fördern eine Kultur, die organisatorische Resilienz priorisiert, um Risiken zu minimieren und die Umweltkonformität zu verbessern.

Wie Sie etwas bewirken können 

  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung unserer globalen Umwelt-Compliance-Strategie im Rahmen des Corporate EHS.
  • Beratung der Führungskräfte und EHS-Teams zur kontinuierlichen Sicherstellung der Compliance in Projekten und Prozessen.
  • Analyse von Umweltvorschriften mit Fokus auf die Verbesserung der Nachhaltigkeit.
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von Schulungsprogrammen und Awareness-Kampagnen zu Themen der Umwelt-Compliance.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Experten zur Identifizierung und Anwendung von Best Practices.
  • Entwicklung, Überwachung und Berichterstattung von KPIs zur Messung der Wirksamkeit der Umwelt-Compliance.

Was Sie mitbringen   

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder höher) im Bereich Umwelttechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im EHS-Bereich mit Schwerpunkt auf Umweltvorschriften.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Umweltthemen und nachweisbare Erfahrung in der praktischen Umsetzung.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten in multikulturellen Umgebungen.
  • Analytische Denkweise mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen zu vereinfachen.
  • Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten mit der Fähigkeit, ohne direkte Weisungsbefugnis Einfluss zu nehmen.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations- (schriftlich/mündlich) und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Englisch – Deutsch ist von Vorteil.
