As part of the Project Information Management Team the Documentation Specialist executes various tasks regarding provision of documentation (data & documents) from set-up to final documentation to relevant stakeholders and will report to the Americas Project Controls Manager.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support of the Project Management Teams and report to related or Project Controls Manager or the Project Information Manager in execution location.
• Support the project set-up (process & tools) according to project needs.
• Providing tool access and training especially of project specific adjustments as well as general related input to various discipline
• Production of technical documentation for partners and coordination of document deliverables from all project related stakeholders
• Define and update document delivery lists and delivery dates of related projects
• Handling of customer DMS tools and interfaces: Up-loading of documents, collecting and register documents in the Siemens

What You Bring

• Bachelor of Science (Information Management, Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering)
• Experience in information management, process management and documentation
• Experience in execution of plant projects (turnkey and consortium) with interdissciplinary teams; experience in coordinating process interfaces
• Knowledge in project and quality management methods
• Fluency in English and strong business and results orientation
• Excellent teamwork and strong communication skills combined with enhanced conceptual and analytical skills
