A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Corporate Account Management to lead our Corporate Account Management Team. This role is crucial in fostering strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the oil and gas industry, particularly in rotating equipment, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.


How You’ll Make an Impact


  • Lead and manage the Corporate Account Management Team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure proper account coverage.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Handle all responsibilities related to MSA (Master Service Agreement) and contract management
  • Conduct regular account reviews to address concerns, discuss future opportunities, stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Drive initiatives that align with customer strategic objectives, enhance customer experience and ensure alignment with company goals.

What You Bring


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred. Equivalent experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or sales within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on rotating equipment. Those with more experience may be considered for a more senior level.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel at least 30% as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
