A Snapshot of Your Day

Imagine stepping into a role where your leadership directly influences the success of our service center operations. Each day, you'll oversee a team of dedicated Service Center Project Managers, ensuring that every quote and project execution aligns perfectly with both company standards and customer expectations. Your day will be filled with dynamic challenges, from directing the customer service team's daily operations to serving as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. You'll be the linchpin in coaching our Client Service Managers, tracking customer feedback, and spearheading strategies to elevate our service quality, productivity, and profitability. It's a role that demands both strategic vision and a hands-on approach to foster an environment of excellence and safety within our service center.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead and manage the performance of the Service Center Project Managers, ensuring excellence in customer service and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of service quality and operational efficiency, directly contributing to the company's profitability.
  • Develop and mentor Client Service Managers, enhancing their capabilities and ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Spearhead customer feedback collection and resolution processes, ensuring client needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Implement strategies to optimize service center productivity and profitability, including providing accurate financial forecasts.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and technical personnel, translating customer requirements into actionable, technical directives for the maintenance and repair of equipment.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in repairs of rotating and/or reciprocating equipment within a manufacturing or service environment (steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, gas turbines, reciprocating compressors, turbochargers, valves, dry gas seals). Manufacturing environment or quoting hours and resources for repair scopes is required.  Those with more years of experience may be considered for a more senior level.
  • A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience preferred, showcasing your ability to lead, organize, and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, from lifecycle planning to cost control, with a proficiency in MS Office applications and a strong foundation in health, safety, and quality principles.
  • An exceptional team player attitude, underscored by a teachable, humble disposition ready to embrace challenges, learn, and grow.
  • A commitment to safety, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues, and a dedication to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of your work.
