Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical engineering or Processing engineering or Turbo-machinery
  • Above 10 years of Professional experience in Proposal or Sales, preferably in the field of API618 Process Recips
  • Deep knowledge of recips, better to have proposal or engineering or field experience.
  • Fluent English skills both oral and written

Your Responsibilities:

This is a sales role in GP I New Equipment team, that responsible for selling the API618 recips for China Oil & Gas market. He /She will be working closely with proposal development engineer (PDE), sales BA and legal expert to prepare bids and secure orders, until handover to project execution team.

  • Using PFX tool to do recips selection, based on client’s datasheet.
  • Prepare budgetary proposal and lead the opportunity and client meeting independently.
  • Built connection with main DI design institutes, including SEI and LPEC. Discuss technical topic with DI independently and spec in our products.
  • Able to read P&ID drawing, and lead scope of supply discussion based on P&ID independently.
  • Familiar with multiple application for Recip. product, e.g. CO, BOG, BDO, H2 etc.
  • Familiar with main competitors, and train other colleagues about recips and application.
  • Familiar with Auxiliaries vendors, able to cost out by choosing best cost vendors for different project.
  • Responsible for reaching the sales target for recips.
  • Find opportunities from FEED phase and maintain the data accuracy in Siemens CRM tool (Sales Force).
  • Organize GoNoGo and BidNoBid meeting, when project turns into different milestones.
  • Lead clarification meeting with clients with support from function team during bidding phase.
  • Define target price, provide accurate sales intelligence and define winning strategy.
  • Make sure Siemens compliance is strictly followed during the entire sales process.
  • Be familiar with PM@Siemens and eLOA process.
  • Lead the final contract negotiation.
  • Responsible for order entry check list if project been awarded.
