- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify new opportunities and refine the product roadmap.
- Work closely with customers / market to understand their challenges, gather feedback, and ensure the product meets the evolving market needs.
- Use your know -how in product management and domain expertise in digital solutions to drive the overhead line digital portfolio. Define and communicate a clear market validated product vision and roadmap.
- Ensure the future growth and market potential of the overhead line digitalization solution by supporting business functions like global sales, market applications or operations
- Collaborate with our R&D, engineering and tech teams to define clear market/product requirements and monitoring of the implementation to deliver high – quality scalable solutions within budget and timelines.
- Supervising the development of products and services and coordinate phase-in and phase-out/succession planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business or M.Sc.or equivalent experience as well as adequate experience in customer product management in industrial, preferably utility environments. Industry-relevant product management certifications.
- Long term professional experience in product management preferably in energy, digital solutions or grid infrastructure with strong technical knowledge or grid technology and business models.
- Proven experience of leading digital platforms or SaaS products, or business development aspect of such solutions.
- Ideally, you have gained previous experience in growing a startup or other fast-moving organization or in handling highly dynamic product development and are willing to dive into this adventure.
- You demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to achieving mutually beneficial outcomes..

- You are strongly solution oriented and customer centric, capable of leading and collaborating within global teams.
- As you act in an international environment you are perfectly fluent in speaking and writing English.
