Are you passionate about cybersecurity strategy, organizational development and strategic planning? If so, we are looking for you as a Cybersecurity Strategist and Business Manager for our Chief Cybersecurity Officer. This crucial role is shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing Cybersecurity initiatives that drive organizational performance and continuous alignment on strategic objectives.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Identification of internal and external strategic issues that affect cybersecurity risks and opportunities for Siemens Energy
- Driving the strategic planning of the corporate cybersecurity strategy and create strategic roadmaps together with the cybersecurity leadership team.
- Running of strategic initiatives and identification of strategy best practices.
- Being a key partner and interface for digital associations and alliances like ECSO or Digital Europe
- Monitoring mid to long-term business trends, outlooks, gathering competitive intelligence to contribute to strategic planning discussions with cyber and digital leadership
- Preparation, execution, debriefing and tracking action items of meetings of the Chief Cybersecurity Officer and the corporate cybersecurity leadership team
What You Bring
- University Degree in computer science, cybersecurity, business administration or law studies
- longstanding professional work experience (minimum of 6 years) gained in a multinational company or a multinational environment
- Personal initiative, quality and result orientation
- Strong analytical ability and strategic thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of time
