A Snapshot of Your Day
As an experienced team leader, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, working closely with clients, and guiding teams to achieve organizational objectives. This role provides an opportunity for you to lead the Project Entity Controlling Team in Romania and contribute significantly to its overall success. Your responsibilities will include effective planning, seamless team collaboration, and successful implementation of financial strategies.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Provide direction and support to the PE Controlling Team in Romania.
- Collaborate with different collaborators, including the global Project Entity team and other Project Entity Functions in Romania, to achieve shared objectives.
- Recognize the recent additions to the team and stay committed to guiding and mentoring the new joiners to ensure a smooth transition.
- Effectively communicate with a track record of building positive relationships with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members.
- Develop and implement world-class financial strategies to drive the success of our projects.
- Ensure flawless financial forecasting and diagnosis to support corporate finance objectives.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
- Proven expertise in managing and leading teams. Experienced in mentoring and supporting new team members.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Excellent English skills; German language skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic decisions through proficient financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control.
