A Snapshot of Your Day

We’re seeking a Business Process Quality Team Leader for the EHS, Quality, and Operational Excellence team in Indonesia’s Grid Technologies Substations business. This role needs solid grit to control and improve key processes for top efficiency and full quality compliance.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Process Analysis & Improvement (50%): Use Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen to find, analyze, and improve business processes. Cut costs, boost efficiency, and run root cause analysis with clear documentation and workshops.
• Quality Assurance & Governance (30%): Plan and check quality processes to meet ISO 9000 standards. Lead audits, report issues, and track fixes.
• Project & Stakeholder Management (20%): Coach and assign tasks to team members on quality projects. Work with other teams to get support and apply changes.
• Handle Root Causes: Analyze process issues and create process maps, specs, and gap reports.
• Lead Workshops: Guide improvement sessions across departments for better results.
• Audit and Improve: Review processes, note problems, and ensure ongoing fixes.

What You Bring

• Proven Expertise: Experience leading large or complex improvement projects independently as a subject matter expert.
• Quality Background: At least 5 years in quality management, ideally in an international setting.
• Quality Tools Mastery: Strong skills in 8D, FMEA, 5-Why, APQP, risk management, and similar methods.
• Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for quality data analysis and reports.
• Standards Knowledge: Solid grasp of quality methods, including ISO 9001.
• Travel Ready: Open to travel for site visits, projects, suppliers, or other locations; fluent in written and spoken English.
