A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our Non-Destructive Examination Department, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products with minimal supervision. You will assist operators in various processes, including airflow testing, moment weigh and balance operations, and NDE component preparation. As a skilled Level III technician, you will conduct NDE inspections, such as visual and dimensional checks, while meticulously recording and documenting operational results. Your work will directly support our commitment to meeting customer requirements and adhering to Integrated Management Systems.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will perform oral and written assignments from management, ensuring clear communication and understanding of tasks.
  • Conduct all assigned NDE operations in accordance with IMS and order instructions, maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Set up and operate testing equipment to conduct thorough tests on various turbine components, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Review all required documentation to confirm that all work meets quality and customer requirements, safeguarding our reputation.
  • Input and maintain data in appropriate computer database systems, ensuring accurate records of inspections and operations.
  • Perform marking operations on various components, contributing to the overall quality assurance process.

What You Bring

  • You hold an NDE Level I Certification, demonstrating your foundational knowledge in non-destructive examination techniques.
  • With 1 to 2 years of experience working with complex geometries, you possess the ability to read, write, and complete forms, along with a solid understanding of shop mathematics.
  • You have hands-on experience in performing visual inspections of complex parts and geometries, showcasing proficiency in using inspection techniques, fixtures, and tools.
  • Your skills include dimensional measuring and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and procedures with confidence.
  • You are legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
