Being a Working Student in Siemens Gamesa is an opportunity for you to develop your personal capabilities and build a professional and international network. Working within the Offshore Product Cost Competitiveness team you will learn about our offshore product portfolio, specifically the cost drivers and more generally speaking what makes the offshore business unit competitive. And you will have the chance to learn about the various other business areas that are contributing to improving our offshore products portfolios competitiveness in the marketplace.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Analyze cost baseline changes and drive cost‑reduction initiatives
- Deliver ad hoc cost‑competitiveness analyses and insights
- Prepare executive‑ready presentations for management
- Improve team tools and processes (e.g., PRIOneer, Power BI reports)
- Set up and maintain the Cost Competitiveness team’s SharePoint site
- Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to leading the transition
- Ongoing studies in Business Administration or a STEM field
- Strong organization skills and a structured working style
- Open‑minded, curious, and a can‑do attitude
- Team‑oriented, with the ability to work independently when needed
- Proactive, pragmatic, and results‑oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; programming skills and Power BI experience are a plus
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Based in the Greater Hamburg area (Germany) and able to work from the office at least twice a week
