Every day you will combine field work and administrative management to guarantee EHS AND Quality in energy projects. You will supervise works, follow up on audits and coordinate training that promotes a culture of excellence. Your work will be key to meeting Siemens energy standards and ensuring that each project is executed safely and sustainably.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Perform field supervision to verify conditions and compliance with EHS and quality plans.
• Ensure construction in accordance with Siemens Energy's EHS and quality standards.  
• Implement and monitor the Siemens Energy Integrated Management System.
• Attention to internal and external audits.
• Manage EHS-Q related records, formats, and reports.
• Preparation of reports and follow-up to contractors

What You Bring

• Education: Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety and Hygiene or similar.
• 3 years in administrative functions related to quality, safety and/or environment. Experience in civil and electromechanical works projects desirable in the construction of electrical substations (115 to 400 kV), transmission lines.
• Technical knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and STPS Standards.
• Use of Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge in Interpretation of plans. Knowledge of basic construction processes in civil and electromechanical works.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency required.
