A Snapshot of Your Day


The TFA Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Technical Field Advisor (TFA) Service team by working closely with TFA managers, supporting order entry and invoicing, coordinating with stakeholders, and optimizing operational activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure operational efficiency in TFA service operations.


How You’ll Make an Impact


• Assist the TFA Manager in daily operations ensuring timely and efficient order entry, service delivery, and closeout. Requires close collaboration with the management team to plan and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing processes, service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support Order Management by serving as the lead for all TFA order entry as well as purchase order management by tracking backlog, spearheading missing purchase orders, requesting and issuing new purchase orders.
• Serve as the lead in TFA project invoicing by preparing and issuing invoices for services rendered ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements as well as working proactively with stakeholders pursuing change orders, outstanding invoices, while managing accounts receivable. Will be required to assist project management team with invoices/project closeout as needed.
• Maintain organized filing systems for purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation, while generating and filing regular reports on purchasing activities, expenditures, and budget tracking. Collaborate with finance, procurement, and mgmt. team, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Track and manage cross-border hiring processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Activities will include ensuring each purchase order has a cross-border hiring agreement endorsed by the TFA manager.


What You Bring


• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field preferred. 10 years’ experience in operations coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SAP, ERP systems are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
