Responsibility
• Provide professional support to Network Services Team
• Participate in meeting with customer for discussing the project detail in pre-sales stage
• Participate in project implementation meeting
• IT infrastructure project implementation
• Manage outsourced hardware and software vendor or partner
• Provide skill transfer to internal operation team and customer
• Provide 2nd Tier Support & Troubleshooting
Requirement
• Degree or above in Computing / Information Technology or related discipline.
• At latest 1 years working experiences in system integration and project implementation.
• Design and implementation experiences of followings are mandatory:
• VMware Virtual Infrastructure (vCenter, vSphere, vSAN, NSX);• Backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Microsoft Windows Server.
• Basic server-side scripting –Windows Power Shell and Linux Shell / Perl / Python
• SQL Server
• Vulnerability solving
• Patching server
• Knowledge of network virtualization, network security is an advantage
• Knowledge of popular backup and disaster recovery solutions is an advantage
• Knowledge of virtualization other than VMware is an advantage
• Analytical, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• On-demand phone, email and on-site support are required
