A Snapshot of Your Day


The Team Lead for Compression is the first-line contact for standard business between regional Client Facing Team and the Compressor Product Line (CP) The Team Lead supports the regional Client facing Team and the client by preparing quotes, project managing orders and providing CP fleet specific know how for the covered fleet in the assigned territory.


How You’ll Make an Impact


  • Counsel regions and clients on performance, improvements, outage planning, and parts management for the covered fleet in the assigned territory, in coordination with the regional Client Facing Team.
  • Support Client managers in developing and executing an annual plan to meet PL targets and create a country strategy for the product line, including forecasting order volumes based on potential and budgets.
  • Develop specific/bundled quotations for parts, field service, repair, overhaul, and small modifications, ensuring detailed cost analysis and coordinating handover to order execution with specialist departments.
  • Conduct and support price and scope negotiations with clients, managing claims in collaboration with the regional Client Facing Team.
  • Liaise between the region/client and shop regarding project status, scope changes, and hold points, while interpreting customer maintenance and repair specifications for technical personnel.
  • Hold intercompany pricing responsibilities, governance for global pricing, and prepare project documentation and progress reports for internal and external customers, including contact reviews per policy.

What You Bring


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a client service role in a relevant industry is preferred. Those with more experience may be considered for a more senior level.
  • Experience in customer service with international customers in a relevant industry is desirable.

This job may be based in Olean, Painted Post NY or Bethlehem Pennsylvania. Siemens Energy offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
