The After Market Sales Executive, through valuable, strategic-level conversations, manages relationships to preserve and expand market penetration within the assigned installed base territory positioning customized, value-add solutions that drive customer focused business outcomes!

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Use industry and financial knowledge to increase demand in assigned accounts and formulate plans for market expansion.
  • Demonstrating value to essential decision makers, customers, and influencers as sales progress
  • Leading cross functional teams and establishing the appropriate internal/external resources to drive customer focused solutions
  • Developing and presenting of compelling purchasing strategies to convert opportunities into purchase orders
  • Partnering with the Service Project Leads and Program Sales to understand specific customer concerns, issues and needs to support account plan development, drive customer satisfaction and build additional demand within accounts
  • Driving transparency of business development activities through quality data and upkeep of data within account plans and Salesforce opportunities

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of direct customer business solution selling experience, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • General knowledge/understanding of power plants and the power generation market
  • Technical knowledge/experience of control systems
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel 50%
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
