A Snapshot of Your Day
As an AI Adoption & Enablement Working Student, you will play an important role in supporting our global community and AI initiatives. Working closely with our core team, you will help our business community understand and successfully integrate new AI tools into their daily work.
You will support the preparation of training workshops, test AI workflows, and keep our use-case documentation up to date. In addition, you will help the core AI team organize training materials, structure user feedback, and maintain project registries, ensuring that relevant information is well organized and ready for further action.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support in the preparation and follow-up of hands-on AI workshops and practical labs across the engineering community
- Assistance with prompt testing, documentation of model outputs, and configuration of lightweight AI workflows
- Maintenance and continuous updating of the central AI use-case registry and learning materials
- Provision of first-level support for business users in navigating newly deployed AI tools
- Collection and structured organization of end-user feedback to identify further AI optimization opportunities
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a comparable field
- Practical experience with or willingness to learn Generative AI tools, such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and basic automation platforms
- Ability to communicate basic technical concepts clearly and comprehensibly to non-technical colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and efficient management of documentation and training schedules within part-time working hours
- Hands-on and curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn through practical experience and provide flexible team support
