How You’ll Make an Impact (Responsibilities of role)
 The specific responsibilities assigned to the position (but not limited to) are:
Create “Recommended Spare Parts Lists” (RSLs) for New Unit and Service inventory purposes, scheduled maintenance and major overhauls along with Vital, Ideal, and Preventative (VIP) lists
Develop “Spare Parts Interchangeability Records” (SPIRs) proposals to create portfolio solutions for our internal and external clients
Prepare proposals and formal bids adhering to pricing guidelines and ensuring timely delivery to meet internal and external client expectations 
Partner with Regional Parts Specialist to generate orders from parts lists developed
Drive client satisfaction through responsiveness and ease of doing business - resolve issues quickly and escalate if necessary
Utilize tactical and strategic Pricing tools/templates and plans to maximize order intake and profit
Actively use Sales Force (CRM Tool) to stay informed and manage the installed fleet
Support critical-to-business reports and engage in business improvement activities
Perform other miscellaneous tasks to support the well-being of the Marketing and Sales Department

 What You Bring   (Candidate Requirements)
Associates Degree in Business or technical field, or High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of experience in parts operations, cost accounting and/or customer service or equivalent field
Experience with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills in the English language
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints to meet deadlines while being detail-oriented

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience 
2+ years of experience in parts operations, cost accounting and/or customer service or equivalent field
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related curriculum
Ability to read and interpret drawings and bills of materials
Experience with Oracle and/or SAP
Flexibility to travel 5%
Working knowledge and understanding of Siemens/Dresser-Rand’s Oil & Gas products, services and equipment or Steam Turbines
