Your profile

  • Successfully completed university degree in business or a commercial apprenticeship minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
  • Very good knowledge of business management as well as a deep understanding in commercial project management
  • Very good knowledge of bid strategies, project-related business models, contractual and tax issues
  • Confident in handling the necessary quotation steps as well as the associated tools, in particular costing requirements
  • Well-developed communication, high analytical ability, team orientation and social competence
  • You are committed and flexible and have already successfully demonstrated your independent and result-oriented way of working
  • Experienced in leading negotiations for large and complex projects with direct customer contact and steering of internal and external partners
  • You convince through intercultural experience.
Your responsibilities
  • Together with the technical bid manager, you will be responsible for the strategy and development of complex offers and the conclusion of related customer contracts. You are primarily responsible for the contractual and commercial design
  • You actively design an offer and price model adapted to the market requirements - You work out optimization factors and critical differentiation approaches to the competition in a targeted manner
  • You comment on contracts in the offer process, ensuring adapted risk minimization and transparency - always with a view to customer needs and offer strategy
  • You optimize offers with regards to the required business model and play a leading role in contract negotiations with our customers and partners in Germany and abroad
