Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar from a reputable university
  • At least 5 years of sales or service experience. Experience in Industrial services and Oil & Gas customers will be preferred
  • Product knowledge of Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines and Compressors
  • Knowledge about EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) Metrics
  • Good strategic planning, team management and communication skills
  • Experience in CRM tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent command of English
  • Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations
  • Sensitive and responsive to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups.
  • Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviour.
  • Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite

Your Responsibilities

  • To establish, maintain and improve on customer contacts
  • Responsible for Sales of Rotating Equipment service products for key Oil & Gas and Industrial customers in Saudi Arabia
  • Gathers and analyzes customer’s information, customer related market and competitors
  • Providing accurate forecast of Order Intake of assigned market sector/customer
  • Develops sustainable relationship with customer
  • Ensure generation, systematic updating and maintaining live of a market intelligence document and a coordinated market plan
  • Responsible to develop one key market sector as assigned.
  • Develop bid winning strategies
  • Ensure quality of bid releases and LoAs, present in front of Segment and BU Management.
