Project Management Engineer

Location: 26, Jungong Road, East Area, GETDD510530 GUANGZHOU, China

Function:SALES AND MARKETING

Working Mode: Full Time 

How You’ll Make an Impact

      Plan, priorities and schedule the team's activities so that the resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met customer's satisfaction. Monitor the status of all activities to identify problem area and adapt procedures to improve the overall performance of the Team Project follow up after signing contract.

      Lead the Team for the whole process of implementation; Fulfill the production tasks to meets the satisfaction of customers in a timely, efficient and qualified way and ensure on time delivery

      Liaise with customers for contract execution, and transfer all the information to correspond departments and functions to support the sales order processing, included but not limited to contract change; design change and confirmation, delivery time, installation etc.. to meet customer's request.

      Liaise with customer with all kinds of visits and auditing, monitors from front sales or customers. Report the progress to front sales and Customers for project execution; Provide supports to front sales and customers for documentation and certification verification, testing result and etc. per request...

      Oversee the most complex, large or difficult sales orders to maintain positive customer relations. Lead, direct, evaluate and develop team so that activities are completed accurately and on time.   

      Actively follow up account receivable process to enhance customer payment efficiency

What You Bring 

      Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

      Good English ability, a fluent English speaker 

      Teamwork spirit, Customer awareness and be good at communication skill.

      Have a strong sense of responsibility
