Your profile

  • College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or five years equivalent work experience;
  • Certification in ITIL, Foundation, preferred, “Operational Support and Analysis”;
  • ITIL experience and certification preferred;
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows;
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure;
  • Experience with configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Virtual Workplace environment;
  • Experience with Microsoft InTune;
  • Passion for Customer Service;
  • Custodian mentality;
  • Strong communication, and organizational skills;
  • Solid relationship management and performance management skills;
  • Strong customer service orientation;
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
  • Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills;
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language;
  • Highly self-motivated and directed;
  • Keen attention to detail;
  • Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment;
  • We will utilize the latest Microsoft client (Windows) technology including the Enterprise Management tools;
  • For this service, we will require a candidate to oversee our Virtual workplace (Windows client) environment;
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.

Your responsibilities

  • Work with Windows global team on Virtual client hosting environment and strategy;
  • Develop support plans and documents for support teams for Virtual Clients;
  • Resolve issues and escalations with Virtual environment back-end and end-point issues;
  • Work with other Workplace / Windows teams on action plans;
  • Work with Cybersecurity to ensure all services are approved;
  • Work with IT Service Providers on new changes and demands to virtual client service;
  • 40-hour on-site work week with on-call availability, when needed;
