Your profile

  • Masters or Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science with hands-on experience in deploying end user computing solutions
  • Strong know-how on Microsoft technologies such as Azure Cloud, RMS, and OMS
  • 10-12 years of total experience with at-least 5 years in a similar role with proven experience in:
  • Managing diverse global teams across the geographies
  • Microsoft Windows Environment
  • Deploying solutions using MECM, Windows 10/11, and Azure Intune
  • Other Microsoft technologies such as Azure Cloud, RMS, and OMS
  • Budgeting, planning and quarterly forecasting
  • Strong project management skills understanding assignments, tracking/monitoring progress, and reporting on status
  • Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ITIL standards and best practice.
  • Experience with Agile Service Management (release and deployment strategy)
  • Strong interpersonal communication and consultation skills with an ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative global environment
  • Ability to conduct research into emerging technologies and trends, standards, and products as required.

How You'll Make an Impact

Strategy & Planning

  • Work closely with IT and the Business to define EUS Strategy and Processes.
  • Collaborate with IT Leadership, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers.
  • Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Align with Cybersecurity to ensure all Platform and Management technologies are secure and respond quickly to vulnerabilities.

Operational Management

  • Assume responsibility for the Global EUS Team (Client Architects, Software Team, End-Point Protection etc.)
  • Assume responsibility for the Tools / Modules required to manage EUS Processes & Technologies
  • Oversee global employees and vendors with responsibility to deliver EUS Services.
  • Coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
  • Resolve higher scope issues.
  • Communications and Reporting to IT and Business Leadership
  • Coordinate the management of complex issues that may arise
  • Work with cross-functional teams to maintain best-practice and updates to the Service.
  • Closely align with Program / Project Leads on service topics that align with EUS
