Your profile:
* You have completed a university degree in management or finance
* You have a minimum of 8 years working experience in above-mentioned areas: Corporate Finance or Taxes
* You have very good knowledge of MS Office and business intelligence softwares
* You have strong communication skills, are highly analytical, well-organized and team oriented
* You know how to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic work environment
* You are business fluent in English

Your responsibilities: 
* Supports Corporate Tax departments and the Business Unit CFO with the implementation and compliance of the Siemens Energy Transfer Pricing policy
* Ensures availability of support within own BU, coordinates know-how exchange, prepares change request for modifications in the respective guideline, detects need for / organizes trainings and advertise internally
* Implement a close collaboration between all involved stakeholders of that task, on the one hand side with Corporate Tax departments (governance owner) and on the other hand side with Sales and Project Management departments (operative manager for considering those rules in project scope and contracts)
* Coordinate of Transfer Pricing activities with clear focus on Business Unit Solution comprise the following:
o Secure transfer pricing documentation as per given rules and drive digitalization opportunities in order to streamline this process
o Drive alignment with Corporate Tax Departments in order to clarify country or process specific questions
o Prepare documentation and support clarifications for tax audits in close cooperation with Corporate Tax Department
* Coordination of the projects by given specific consulting during the Sales and Execution phases, e.g. guidance for implementation of tax concept / delegation concepts, training for CPM’s, quality gate for claims / scope shifts, coordination of project - Power of Attorney (PoA´s).
