Your profile

             Full Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree or MBA will be a plus)

             Experience in O&G or related industries

             Good Sales & Marketing expertise

             Basic Siemens & broad Dresser-Rand Portfolio knowledge

             Know-how on technology of energy systems and O&G industry processes

             Excellent Communication and presentation skills

             Ability to coordinate tasks among multi-functional, international groups

             Strong drive with motivation skills to accomplish tasks on time and at high quality

             Strategic thinking and analytical skills

             Initiative, toughness and assertiveness

             Target-oriented and systematical procedure

             International exposure, foreign working experience and experience in complex international projects incl. willingness to travel and work in countries with difficult/challenging environment

Your responsibilities

             Develop, align and guide the implementation of Regional Marketing plans to win in the region, enlarging our competitive advantages and closing gaps to our competitors.

             Support our New Equipment and Integrated Systems organization with sales and technical expertise as well as vertical market competence to develop and win concrete opportunities, especially strategic and novel applications.

             Provide our Sales, Regional Marketing and Communications teams with technical and marketing information to help guide the organization toward winning profitably

             Gather and provide market pricing information to our organization to guide us on pricing and cost decisions

             Gather and provide region-specific information to our organization on customers’ product/portfolio needs and competitor performance

             Develop, align and implement Regional or Country Market Development Plans

             Execute Win-Loss Analyses and drive key lessons learnt into organization

             Support Division Communications and BU Sales and Marketing Communications teams on content and execution of regional sales meetings and tradeshows

             Retrieve and provide regional specific sales input for R&D process and lead prioritization for the annual R&D spend/roadmap

             Support the provision of up to date regional specific sales material and offering/product information (Internal, External)

             Support the provision of regionalized standard Client Presentation and Client engagement material

             Support provision of NPS contact/survey information & Voice of the Customer reports
