Your profile:

  1. Bachelor over above Major in Engineering preferred
  2. 5 years working experience in related power system, 2 years in project management in related industry.
  3. Training in sales expertise preferred , familiar with prefabricated power solutions is preferred.
  4. Fluent English speaking and writing
  5. Familiar with MS 365 optionally in autocad, elcad, pro E etc.
  6. Capable of frequent travelling

Your responsibility

  1. Analyze independently the pre-fabricated substation tenders and separate into different parts for relevant equipment and service providers 
  2. Lead technical complexity study with Region/HQ to identify technical integration risk and work out mitigation measures 
  3. Collect the tender project overviews (incl. timeline, financing, competition landscape).
  4.  Lead technical integration discussion with HV/LV/C&P/SCADA/Auxiliary power equipment suppliers to generate customer tailer made pre-fabricated substation solution incl. secondary concept 
  5. Complete the technical deviations and clarifications 
  6. Lead preparation of primary, mechanical and secondary design drawings for offers and orders 
  7. Initiate and lead sales approach and pricing strategy discussion 
  8. Lead pre-tender customer technical workshops (incl. Customer visits, factory auditing, etc.), events and seminars incl. TSS and sales trainings (locally at RC) for GIS and E-house business in Latin America and APAC 
  9. Collect and analyze pre-fabricated substation market competition landscape. 
  10. Prepare individual technical fighting guide and works out country competition landscape for different markets (utility, industry, renewable energy, data center, transportation, etc.) 
  11. Create project stakeholder analysis for the complete value chain (financer, user, buyer, distributer, makers, etc.) 
  12. Ensure availability of all tender relevant documents for a proper handover process to order Project Manager 
  13. Regularly update offer pipeline with actual status on biweekly basis (pending, lost, win, postponed) with short summary 
  14. Systematical forms overview of homologation status of assigned countries and involve relevant 

stakeholders for support (e.g. repetition of Type Tests etc.) 

  •  Execute / support first project orders for prefabricated substation projects during ramp up phase of E-house business, Mobile Substations (MSS), GIS+ / Tr+ and GIS on Skid 
  • Complete Win-Loss analysis and lessons learned
