A Snapshot of Your Day 

You will be responsible to plan and organize the resources required for the different steam turbines and generator outages, projects and possible breakdowns required to help our customers minimizing downtimes and meeting Customer satisfaction and expectations.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

·       Manage the project throughout the planning, through execution until final acceptance (FAC): relevant planning elements and milestone results 

·       Involves the relevant partners in the sales/finance/operation/quality and logistics execution phases

·       Performs contract reading and derives actions concerning risks, opportunities and contractual obligations 

·       Responsible to source internally technical solution to reported issues.

·       Manage Customer Requirements: Manages customer expectations and solving of issues and actively gathers information on the customer and customer's strategies, requirements and targets

·        Regularly performs lessons learned activities and feeds the results into own project and organization

·       Manage project finances: Lives full responsibility for the financial results according to set targets, examines the project proposal/order entry costing and ensures regular financial controlling and reporting according to regulations

·       Identifies non conformances and minimizes non-conformance costs and ensures that the results of risk assessments are appropriately reflected in project calculation.

What You Bring

·       A degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

·       A minimum of three years of experience as Project Manager in cross-organizational projects. 

·       Experience in Turbomachinery, associated equipment and Industrial and Power Generation markets.

·       Team player and able to communicate multiple levels of customers, peers and team members.

·       Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       High written and speaking skills for English.

·       Ability to work in an accurate and structured way.

·       Capability to be self-supporting (able to work without supervision) and quickly learn new concepts

About the Team

You will belong to the team of Project Managers currently dealing with the Steam and Generators fleet from Siemens Energy who will support you and coach you on the specifics of the job.
