About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping the office running smoothly. From organizing meetings and making sure shared spaces are ready to handling suppliers and daily admin tasks, your day is all about creating order and efficiency. If you enjoy variety and being the one who makes things happen, this role is for you!
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of the office
- Perform general administrative duties (e.g. mail handling, document organization)
- Maintain communication with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments (e.g. office supplies, cleaning, maintenance)
- Handle procurement tasks related to daily office operations and company events
- Coordinate the upkeep and organization of meeting rooms and shared spaces
- Organize meetings and internal gatherings
- Support internal communication and ensure effective information flow
- Keep office procedures up to date
What You Bring
- Secondary or higher education
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in both Hungarian and English
- Ability to work independently and proactively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an international work environment
- Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems
- Meetings and event planning experience
