Work with global process owners, to guide, collate and publish the next level of detail for each practice
To be an expert to support others on ITSM best practice in accordance with the ITSM Framework
Governing ITSM execution in Siemens Energy IT, to ensure compliance and quality.

How You’ll Make an Impact


  • To build an initial overview of the state of ITSM in the organization, then to help create a plan for harmonizing ITSM across the organization.
  • Moving forward, to develop and maintain an overarching ITSM Framework document, which defines the overall methodology for multiple ITSM practices, for example
  • ITIL Processes
  • Performance Management
  • Reporting
  • SLA definition
  • Service Integration \ SIAM
  • Tooling;
  • Work with global process owners, to guide, collate and publish the next level of detail for each practice
  • To be an expert to support others on ITSM best practice in accordance with the ITSM Framework
  • Governing ITSM execution in Siemens Energy IT, to ensure compliance and quality.

What You Bring


  • Masters or Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science.
  • University degree in a relevant field 15 years equivalent work experience with ITSM and ITIL methodologies.
  • Certifications in ITIL Foundation and preferably Service Integration & Management (SIAM).
  • 10+ years experience in higher IT Service Management roles, with strong experience in process, service delivery management, contracts and service integration
  • Proven experience in designing, documenting and implementing IT Service Management practices across an organisation
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Experience of managing process owners, service owners and senior stakeholders (IT Board level).
  • Strong skills in influencing, negotiating and communication.
  • Experience of ITSM in ServiceNow.
